The living area features an open-concept layout combining the sitting room, dining area and open plan kitchen. Large windows that flood the space with natural light. The living room opens directly onto a private pool and sundeck area, perfect for soaking up the sun or enjoying a refreshing swim. 

This home boasts three well appointed stylish bedrooms, The two upstairs bedrooms both have their own private en-suite bathrooms with the master bedroom being provided with a king size bed and bathtub. The second bedroom a queen size double bed. The ground floor bedroom is provided with bunk beds which is serviced by the ground floor bath/shower room. A floor mattress can be provided in any room to increase the occupancy and sleeping arrangements to 7 persons.

The villa offers fully equipped kitchen, complete with high-end appliances, sleek countertops, and all the essentials you need to prepare gourmet meals.
